A-L-T, Inc. offers courses, seminars and learning materials presented in a blended format. All of our courses can be customized and are available for your organization through licensing agreements. We integrate synchronous and asynchronous technologies and offer trainers and teachers at chance to experience learning using technologies first hand. We believe that you do not learn from talking about expereinceing learning and that it is surprising we do so much of it. Learning is a change that happens because of active processing in the memory system. Teachers and trainers learn to design and construct good learning environments by experiencing what good teaching and learning is all about. You learn best when you “walk the walk”. Our model is a train the trainer; teach the teacher model that is based on research, solid instructional design and learning theory.
